Terry and Tiffany with The Window Source have done an amazing job of communicating manufacturing delays and other information to us throughout the process.  They did a huge favor for us by making a separate trip to our home to install a shower window so that our shower renovation was not delayed for months. Also, Tiffany informed us about a rebate we otherwise wouldn't have known about, which saved us thousands of dollars, and actually caused her to have more work because it required her to fill out and submit the application.  They did not have to do any of that and it was greatly appreciated.  Everyone was very friendly throughout the process, and all were willing to answer questions or discuss any aspect of the project.  They did the job quickly and cleaned up behind themselves, inside and out.  They are very knowledgeable about the various products and their warranties, and they gave us a warranty and quote comparison to help us make our decision.  Also, they are less expensive with as good or better quality windows than other companies we considered. From start to finish everyone involved with our project was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.  They delivered exactly what're was discussed and the end result was more than what we had anticipated.  The time spent on our initial contract put us at ease because we were able to visualize what we were planning on doing. We absolutely love our new windows from The Window Source of Eastern NC. We replaced every single window in our house with the Prairie Grid, and the work was done in a very professional and timely manner. Tiffany and Terry were an amazing team in guiding us through the steps of replacing our  two front doors.  Tiffany was patient in presenting our ProVia door options, which took quite a while, due to the many lovely doors available for purchase.  Terry and his crew arrived promptly at the appointed time and set to work installing the doors.  Terry did an awesome job in making adjustments, so our doors would fit perfectly.  He and his crew worked diligently and did the job in a timely, professional manner.  They even did a fantastic job of clean-up!  We would definitely recommend them for your door/window replacements. The cost of the windows are definitely reasonable. We had 12 windows removed and replaced with new great windows in one day. The service was excellent. They replaced shutter screws when needed. We have no trees near the house so when direct sunlight would come in the house it would make the A/C unit work hard. Now we barely feel the sunlight come into the house. Much cooler. The Window Source of North Carolina did a great go of installing our new windows and sliding door. They were professional, courteous, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We recently had our front entrance door replaced.  We could not be more pleased with the product, the replacement, or the cost. Tiffany was so helpful in presenting the product that is perfect for the entrance into our home. The team as a whole are excellent and I would recommend them without question.
