Outstanding People running a quality company. I had a back door installed. I got several quotes from all the people you hear on TV commercials. These guys quoted me the very same door for nearly 1/2 the cost. So, you might think the installation might not be professional - far from that. When they installed the door, we discovered my wall was out of plumb which created a visible gap. This professional worked a bit magic and made that gap disappear! I know how to do many DIY things, but this man was on point!

If you need doors or windows, call these guys first!! The best products at the best prices you'll get anywhere.

Tiffany and Terry are top notch, from our initial meeting of learning how the process works and picking out our new door, along with them measuring the area to keeping us in the loop about delivery dates of our door, to installation day! They even came twice because I changed my mind about the color door I had chosen! Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about their products, very willing to work with their clients. We met Terry and Tiffany when our bathroom window had blown out, and we needed to find someone good, fast, as we were expected to have a super cold snap. They came and measured, gave us options, and explained why a certain window would work better for us. Each time, the turn around time is exactly what they say it will be. Because of their stellar customer service, honesty, transparency, and overall wonderfulnees, we choose not to work with anybody but Tiffany and Terry!

Our experience with Tiffany and Terry at Eastern Window Source of ENC was positive from beginning to end. They know their product, gave us excellent advice and provided a talented and professional staff to install our windows. They went above and beyond when changes were wanted. Professionals at their job and “professional human beings”.

Terry and Tiffany are the absolute best to work with! They transformed my 1998 double wide into a home. Last year I had The Window Source to replace all my windows, doors, and siding, then had Terry’s contracting company to add a beautiful porch on the front and a small deck on the back. This year I had Terry to come back and remodel my kitchen. It turned out great! I’ve had a lot of compliments on the renovations and have recommended them to a few family and friends. They are reasonably priced and willing to work within your budget.

For the third time we've had Atlantic Glass help us. Every single time their team has been wonderful to have around. And the work? Replaced a fixed window in trawler in under 3 hours, including lunch break. A job we were told could not be done. A new windshield - while we waited. 7 home windows that had bad seals, all replaced. Cannot thank your team enough for their professionalism, their courtesy and the quality of work. We don't shop around when we get such amazing service from y'all. God Bless your team.

Terry and Tiffany with The Window Source have done an amazing job of communicating manufacturing delays and other information to us throughout the process. They did a huge favor for us by making a separate trip to our home to install a shower window so that our shower renovation was not delayed for months. Also, Tiffany informed us about a rebate we otherwise wouldn't have known about, which saved us thousands of dollars, and actually caused her to have more work because it required her to fill out and submit the application. They did not have to do any of that and it was greatly appreciated. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process, and all were willing to answer questions or discuss any aspect of the project. They did the job quickly and cleaned up behind themselves, inside and out. They are very knowledgeable about the various products and their warranties, and they gave us a warranty and quote comparison to help us make our decision. Also, they are less expensive with as good or better quality windows than other companies we considered. As much as I was dreading the process of replacing our windows, The Window Source did a great job and made it as pleasant and streamlined as possible.

From start to finish everyone involved with our project was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They delivered exactly what're was discussed and the end result was more than what we had anticipated. The time spent on our initial contract put us at ease because we were able to visualize what we were planning on doing. The entire team worked well together and worked very hard to make our dream come true
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their home in any way.

We absolutely love our new windows from The Window Source of Eastern NC. We replaced every single window in our house with the Prairie Grid, and the work was done in a very professional and timely manner. We even took the suggestion to enlarge a living room window and add a window to our dining room door to brighten a dark space, and it's absolutely beautiful!

Tiffany and Terry were an amazing team in guiding us through the steps of replacing our two front doors. Tiffany was patient in presenting our ProVia door options, which took quite a while, due to the many lovely doors available for purchase. Terry and his crew arrived promptly at the appointed time and set to work installing the doors. Terry did an awesome job in making adjustments, so our doors would fit perfectly. He and his crew worked diligently and did the job in a timely, professional manner. They even did a fantastic job of clean-up! We would definitely recommend them for your door/window replacements. Thanks, again, Terry and Tiffany!

We just had all our windows replaced by Window Source and we love everything about them! They look great, and all of the sudden our house is maintaining temperature like never before. This is a great company to work with, and the crew was professional and efficient.
